| 3. As you can see in this list, so far there is
only one Topic to choose from. I have the option to click on the
"Welcome to the MeAMSS Forum" Topic or I could click on the "NEWTOPIC*"
image if I think my topic would not fit the existing Topic. It is
important to remember that, since you are in the Welcome Forum, your new
Topic should be relevant to that Forum. If it is not, then simply go
back to the list of Forums and choose appropriately. In this case I
clicked into the existing Topic.

| 4. In this next example, I have clicked into
the Privileges Forum. I can see that there are currently no Topics from
which to choose. My options are to go to a different Forum or start a
new Topic inside the Privileges Forum. To start a new Topic, simply
click the "NEWTOPIC*" image.
